Deleting your Facebook data

If you connected your Facebook Page to Podbooster so we could run your ads from it, this is how to undo that and have us delete what we kept.

What we keep

• Your Page's ID and name
• The ID and username of the Instagram account linked to that Page, if there is one
• The dates the connection was made, approved and last checked

We never keep your Facebook password or your Facebook sign-in. The sign-in is used once, while you choose your Page, and is discarded within ten minutes without being written anywhere. Pages you did not choose are not kept.

1. Remove Podbooster from your Page

This stops us running ads from your Page straight away. Do either or both:

• Remove our access to the Page: in Meta Business Suite open Settings → Partners (or Business assets → your Page → Partners), find Straw Hut Media, and remove it.
• Remove the app from your Facebook account: on Facebook open Settings & privacy → Settings → Business integrations (or Apps and websites), find Podbooster, and remove it.

Within ten minutes our system sees that the access is gone and stops offering your Page for ads.

2. Ask us to delete what we kept

Email podbooster@strawhutmedia.com with the subject Delete my Facebook data and the name of your Page. Within 30 days we delete your Page's ID, name and Instagram details from our records — including the records of any ads we ran from your Page — and reply to confirm. What those ads spent and delivered is kept for accounting.
